I guess you already do more than one could expect!
Maybe we could do with a concise sum-up of things:
- which hardware versions do exist, how to find out the version and which ones were publically released
- which hardware versions had which firmware(s), what is each actual firmware and ho to upgrade
- what are the differences (in capabilities) between the hardware versions
- does adding a electrolytic capacitor between GND and Vcc stabilize function and wireless and protect from screen flickering and from working noise in audio (there was some suggestion of mine and for me it did)
- (update Atari tools on Github with the last modification date, update description if necessary)
- are all Fujinet hardware versions able to be addressed with all Atari tools
- market shortages and Fujinet
Well I guess there is quite some of that information available somewhere, but it is distributed. I think it would be a good idea to collect this information at one single place and update things if needed at the same place. It may be even better to put that info in a certain file on Github and link it from here because here one cannot easily update a certain article except having the webmaster do it for you.
